What file formats can I fax?
We support PDF files only to ensure the highest quality and compatibility. Files must be under 10MB in size.
How is pricing determined?
We charge a base rate of $4.99 per fax for up to 10 pages. Each additional page costs $0.25. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions.
Which countries can I send faxes to?
You can send faxes to 40+ major countries. We support both domestic and international fax numbers. Just make sure to include the country code.
How do I know if my fax was delivered successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your fax is successfully delivered. If the transmission fails, you will also receive an email notification with the reason.
Is my data secure?
Yes, your data is secure. We use encrypted connections for all uploads, and files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the fax is sent.
How long does it take to send a fax?
Most faxes are sent within 2-5 minutes after payment confirmation. International faxes may take slightly longer depending on the destination network.
What if my fax fails to send?
If a fax fails to send due to a technical issue on our end, we will provide a full refund. Common reasons for failure include busy fax lines or invalid fax numbers, which we retry automatically before notifying you.
